1. Batch Delivery & Initial Inspection
We receive battery shipments in bulk, inspect their condition, and prepare them for further processing
2. Careful Disassembly
Every battery pack is carefully disassembled to extract individual cells and components, ensuring no damage occurs during the depackaging process
3. Sorting & Balancing
Each cell is carefully tested, sorted by voltage level, and balanced to meet performance and safety standards
4. Ready for
Reuse
Reprocessed and validated cells are prepared for second-life applications — safely packaged, performance-tested, and certified for commercial deployment
